FYI - to the rest of you, I don't think it makes sense to accuse any of us long-term holders of down-ramping: most of hold enough stock to take out 3 or 4 price levels in one single transaction.
It's more likely that some long-termers have missed a few details in the shuffle - all of us have from time to time - goodness knows I forget dozens of things before breakfast.
