Prawns really thrive in certain environmental conditions (basically tropical), and they need an awful lot of salt water (so manageable rainfall) - and as prawns are sensitive little buggers, you need to make sure you have insanely god biosecurity - part of the reason there is so much space between each growth facility is to ensure a problem in one can't impact the others.. Project Sea Dragon has an awful lot going for it.

And, there are videos on YouTube that you can watch where Trainer, and others, give corporate presentations where they go into all of this. Dallas Donovan's presentation to the Abare conference in 2015 is a pretty good primer.
