SFG ticks another box, and the biggy is getting closer! I'm sure the NAIF funding would've had a condition covering rights to the land so it will make that funding more assured,  regardless of how much is offered. And agreed Woodie, the terms of the arrangement with AAMIG clearly confirms the confidence that the Leasor has for the development,  and the options granted removes financial risk for SFG.

II really can't understand why the shares are trading at such a bargain basement price, but that surely won't last much longer - I have no doubt that this wet season provides the last opportunity for investors to get set for a big run upwards  - I reckon SFG management have been very clever about the financing and whilst its frustrating for us current shareholders we will end up with a far bigger slice of a very big pie!
