Not sure I share your concerns about too many moving parts here.
SFG already farm prawns, they have enormous amounts of leading edge IP in this space, are already breeding up the broodstock for PSD and have trialled pond construction at Legune.
The level of due diligence undertaken by Nissui before investing is a validation of that.
They are quietly and confidently going about lining up the finance to build PSD which is really the last big hurdle to get over.
As for offtake agreements, discussing with them their various visits to Asia indicates that they will be able to sell more product than they can supply so that is the least of their concerns.
