great investment approach Martin. 

Things I see that maybe negative are its an unusual project for Australia. Its scale is something that may unnerve people and its not a mine.

Bit of a pioneering concept with the scale and location. 

Biorisks could potentially be a big risk to shareholder value. With any monoculture once something enters the systems it maybe hard to stop. Already there has been one outbreak. So hopefully lessons learned? This would be a key question for myself at a meeting. 

If this has been covered can someone repeat the response.

Most of the above attracts me to the project however. Ive been following the project for two yrs and I am also amazed at the gritty determination of the team handling the project.

Id say that getting something like this project up and running would not be easy being unique in size.
