Unsure whether NST take over of TAM is required.
The Central Tanami has 2.7m oz of gold (refer NST Announcement 17 Sept 2015).
Mining to start in 2017.
2.7m oz with $700 margin per oz = $1.89b. TAM share 40% = $756m over 10 years equals $75.6m pa for TAM shareholders or 6.4c pa.
On a multiple of 8 times earning (very low) the shares should be valued at 51c.
Let me know if I have made an error.
If NST to takeover then at least 50c.
