That should leave them around $6m in cash after taking out the $3m and if my memory serves me right the legal fees had already reached around 500k so that then leaves them around $5.5m - they also have 1m NST shares left which would be valued at $4.5m so all up they have $10m roughly in cash - lets hope NST gulps them up quickly - not sure of the cash burn though it would likely only be admin etc I think around 500k a 1/4?
