I think you will find the rise in share price is because this is somewhat good news even thought it will cost OEX. I think most were expecting damages payable into the millions so the figure settled appears to be a good outcome. Maybe we will see a reversal in fortunes now as it it got heavily sold off when Zeta instigated this legal action.
