I wonder if ENN see genuine upside in this operating Furniture business (forecast to contribute $3m EBITDA), or it was acquired:
- to secure the Merrylands property for resi-development ; and
- out of neccesity to secure the tenancys for the JCF Property Trust?
Either way, an interesting collection of assets, with some experienced operators.
Hope they can close a good value add deal soon to demonstrate to the market their deal-making credentials/potential.
