to tell you the truth, I was expecting a nice 7 figure sum of payment to be made for the court case - something around 1.5m... this being just 650K is very welcome...

yes, Joe got us the Li project and I hope it delivers - probably he can have some moment where he can say "I did one big mistake BUT I did deliver a rock solid (no pun intended) Li project to MZN and everyone made money out of it"...

and yes, you are correct, we lost in the legal battle - but we may not be wrong (but water under the bridge now)... time to move on and see if we can hit them grades just as the Li market starts getting back to some sort of normalcy...
