I dont know much detail about the court case, and nor does anyone here, but I do know you dont have to be in the wrong to lose a court battle.

If these tenements prove to have something worthwhile the we can thank Joe Treacy for having the foresite to peg them. He was the one who identified the area as having lithium potential and handed Kidman everything they now have on a platter.

Having said that it probably was time he moved on...and he was smart enough to pick out someone to replace him who has already proven he is up to the task. Its a different world now and agreements mean nothing, a mans word is worthless, and a younger man raised in this environment can probably cope better with whats ahead.
