Alex - one has to factor in inflation and costs of labour etc. I used to buy a paddle pop for 20c and a drumstick for 40c . My parents bought their home for 46k. Doesn't mean I should expect these prices to return does it? It's not a very good argument because at 20 supply will dry up very quickly as almost all IO operations will be mothballed
Prices have already collapsed. The bubble prices are at 150 not 60
