IMOA ...could be possibly more delays !!! with the caseing/cementing issues through the thicker basalt layer.
I personally don't like some overseas "Turnkey" operations as drillers often then take short cuts and try to renegotiate terms and conditions because of unseen events .............. I wonder how many drill bits thedrilling Co used up in the bassalt drilling...probably ate up most of their profit margins.
