if a 2nd Strike results from the vote on the Remuneration Report, then the Board has to put a resolution to the meeting, as to whether the s/h and meeting want to vote for a Board spill.
so if YOW gets a 2nd vote against the Remuneration Report of 25% Against or more, then the Board must get s/h to vote on a resolution which calls for all directors to stand for re-election (except the M/D).
That's vote requires a majority of 50% to be carried.
So if Res 9 is not carried then board remains.
IF remuneration report does not get the 25% against, then that Res 9 is not put to meeting.
