I didn't say it would be a big penthouse, but if some of the wildest most optimistic estimates came true I'm sure I could manage a modest pad somewhere in the principality. 10m is terrific confidence berwick07, and I presume most have been added whilst the price has been in the doldrums from an initially much higher entry. That seems to be the way of most of us longer term larger holders. Right or wrong, guess we'll find out sooner or later (sooner please!).
I seem to remember my first inspiration for buying into RMG was to afford a large boat, so on reflection that may be a much more achievable goal - especially with all the distressed sales of large floating gin palaces I keep reading about. Good luck to you berwick.
