Crickey I was just running some production numbers on this miner.
That told me that the current SP has a lot of goodwill priced in....no wonder it tanks on any bad news.
Could it be a $1b company.....absolutely if everything falls into place but current value is more like $200m and that still allows for some goodwill.
Hope things pan out for investors.....unfortunately hope has never been a good investment strategy especially in mining companies.
Really surprised the markets have had huge positive sentiment on this one(but I suppose the word battery is today's equivalent of anything listed with dot com attached in the late 1990's)
Obviously the markets got way ahead of themselves.
Got plenty of sovereign risk attached
All weighed up risk versus reward looks terrible at current levels.
