Based on what you are saying, it could very well be the case that no one of the Directors are willing to sign on the dotted lines of the Dec.2017 report and on the yearly report either.

They know that, if they were to sign it, they would be a goner. What I fail to understand is to what both the ASX and ASIC are doing while this saga in never ending and when the BOD's are constantly getting paid.

As another poster in another forum was saying, why doesn't someone put the silver bullet on the cranium of this dying beast.
