Oh found it, it seems that the 28 mil was the payment for the Dalgaranga Project Tenements. The final payment around 4 mil is due next quarter as well.
Still, $32.4 mil production costs for the optimistic 22koz forecast is still $1472/oz - primarily due to the higher stripping ratios.
