I think we are saying the same thing Low grade means moving a lot of dirt or rock and even slight errors can be amplified to massive problems very quickly.

Having said this high grade doesn't mean success - OGX has probably some of the highest grade ore around and look at what a disaster that has been for investors. Unfortunately quality of management seems all important - it is not chance that the NSTs and EVNs of this world have such a premium.
