Yeah I couldn't help myself either. A broker following the stock might have put out a sell on it to explain the take any price selling. I thought this Q was telegraphed a while ago given the sudden large CR and the big dumping sub 30c that accompanied it. So in essence, sell the rumor, buy the news.
