The way I see it is that the pulled investment isn't nessessary a reflection on GMCs future, but if this guy is a mining guy and is heavily invested across the region, this Moretorium could affect his whole livelihood. He may have just pulled the 10m as a rainy day fund..... Bucause it could be about to rain. GMC still need $, but the games not over. They, and all the mines they work with, are clean and clear operations. Slowed.... Yes. Over...... Not even close.
