PTX, given it's small cap status, could easily become a takeover target by large competitors like the $3.7bn market capped loxo oncology, when it shows impressive phase 2 result. Key question is how much will big phatm offer. Will it be close to $500m like what Merck has offered Viralytic? If so, that will be a cool 25 times from current mkt cap.
