The creditors that have accepted the 4c aren't in the business of carrying shares , they will want to convert those shares back into funds for accounting purposes, eg $40k in shares for Fuel company , would want to secure and return $40k to put back in there business , they didn't set out to own shares in KRM they set out to be paid,,,
