Staff do not drive sales ... consumers do and distribution across Tier 1 and others ..The staff that is being added do not bring sales to the company. YOW signed up Tier 1 customers before these staff came on board... if they had a leader board im sure it would show this also. They have found the next honey pot to drink from...thats all .
