Until these "much promised" but "very belated" offtake agreements are in place, the SP will keep drifting downwards and I cannot see any debt financing being confirmed until then either.

Mr Claude Dufresne (an apparent offtake "expert") was contracted 20 months ago to specifically negotiate these offtake agreements. Does anyone know whether he is still consulting to Cradle?? I haven't heard his name mentioned in dispatches since the initial announcement.
