Don't think your logic has any concrete reasoning behind it. Why offtakes and finance will fail?

If you have been following CXX as long as I have been, the company never over promised or under delivered so far, and they are negotiating to get these 2 milestones completed this quarter.

Markets are irrational and the fear that Trump could win the election since he appeared ahead of Hillary on the last polls will create a lot of volatility over the next weeks.

That is the only short term risk for CXX share price. If Trump wins the elections markets could bleed for some time....
