Shareholders kept in the dark whilst effective control by Stone over a listed company acts like a private company.
Has anyone verified the figures
Is the plant and equipment worth 7.8 million?
Are the reported grades verified? If they had 2g/t why aren't they milling
Stone loan the company money and the company repays interest.
If it was a casino it would be checked for money laundering.
Yet SHK has no other activity than borrowing money, paying interest to Stone and paying directors fees.
