non-circumvention agreement...............an agreement between two parties to keep proprietary information confidential. It's nothing more than that.
The only agreement worth anything to shareholders is farm out partners or cornerstoners willing to part with their hard earned cash to support OBL going forward. The marketing program continues......how long has this been going on. In my opinion this management are moving things along at a snails pace......simply because they prefer it that way. Negotiations should now be at an advanced stage not the non-circumvention stage or early stage.

How about you high flyers get around to flow testing these wells over many hours and days. And then publish the flow rates. And then us very poor shareholders will have a better idea of the potential of our resources. Not definitive but a much better idea than best estimates of prospective resources. Management you have run your race with this estimate crap................. just get on with it !
This is so frustrating. I am sick of looking at what I think is a dangling carrot. Get serious about proving things up. It's either YES or NO.
