I've said it numerous times before and I'll say it again, the key to this whole deal is the US$27mil bid.
I'm not a legal expert on the Peruvian Judicial System but I wouldn't want to be going up against one of the Countries most powerful families with contacts through all levels of government. Having said that though, I think SRK's hold on AF is very tight albeit some heavy winds they may incount legally which they should win BUT it will cost them a lot of money in my opinion.....PLUS any other money they'll have to pay D & C to go away forever! Now you may now care about the SP but I reckon you will in the short term if it goes sub 10c and their cash holding is diluted significantly.
Cuervo is a RIPPER though.....just need to sure up the resource properly!
