    K8 - There's a little downside risk once it's known that the payment hasn't gone through but nothing too earth shattering I would of thought. I reckon downside risk is close to previous levels, around 10c in my opinion. HOWEVER, if there's more to the $27mil than meets the eye and SRK will actually have to pay D&C something through pro-tracted legal scrumblings, then downside is potentially lower than 10c as this will dilute their cash backing significantly.
