Not long now, huninni what is the downside risk if the deal doesn't go ahead it's still trading at cash backing.
And now Cuervo is going to be bigger than AF with no disputes.
D&C have the capacity to pay, maybe they will, maybe they will walk away leaving SRK to find a major to become a JV partner which is the best long term option.
I can't see how D&C have a strong possition as AF is heavily indebted to SRK.
