    my understanding that the shoot process whether they win or lose triggers the repayment of the loans

    so if the loans arent repaid then they can take action to obtain legal title of the assets i.e. have first mortgage over the loans

    the only thing I dont know is that how long do they have to repay the loans once the shoot out has been determined
