I agree with others here that there is still plenty of significant news-flow to come before the end of the year that should help push SE1 to new highs. These include (but not limited to):
1) CEO appointment
2) Additional significant orders for Nanotron location awareness
3) Transition of 2 blue-chip anchor clients to manufacturing phase
4) Securing an additional blue chip manufacturing client
On top of the above, I'm sure there are lots of other developments that may be released from left field.
I read an interesting 2 page note last week on Nanotron and its applications in the mining industry, which was published by the company but doesn't appear to have been uploaded to the Sensera website just yet.
A few key take-aways from the publication:
Collision avoidance Systems - Mine Safety
• Nanotron has 90% market share in CAS in South African platinum mines through its customer, Schauenburg.
• Nanotron is in use in mines operated by Anglo American Platinum, Impala Platinum, Aquarius Platinum, Northam Platinum, Xstrata, Lonmin and Norilsk Nickel.
• Nanotron has secured 5 new CAS suppliers in South Africa for its Swarm product in open pit mining.
• Secured a tier 1 multinational with CAS equipment deployed in open cast mines around Australia, South Africa, South America on 5,000 dump trucks and other heavy vehicles. Their customers utilising Nanotron include Anglo American, BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto, Vale, Newmont, Glencore and Alcoa.
Tracking people and assets - Mine Safety
• Nanotron has its first volume tracking deployments in Mexico and Turkey
• For the recent bid at Park Thermic Energy in Turkey, several including the final contenders utilised Nanotron technologies
• China volume deployments to be rolled out imminently
• Tracking pilots are running in Chile, Canada, Russia, Poland, with India coming on board soon due to mandating of tracking underground
