And, once again assuming you are correct, this is what will be announced, MM is responsible and should be made to pay.
On the flipside, if the placement is at 30c yet goes to the right hands and Shaws is the placing broker AND it's Tony 'the Burglar' Davis at Shaws behind the placing, then we may be in for fireworks in the not too distant future.
Either way, there is no way a "down round" should come to fruition.

Totally agree tukebay, there are a number of us who invested significant funds to get this thing going and then again stumped up recently at 32c to be totally ignored in this raising,made even more bitter by not being informed by management.
