If you are correct @prowiz - and I have no reason to doubt you; MM should be removed from his position post haste.
Following the Nanotron acquisition and the updates there together with the appointment of Herr Schmitt, there is NO WAY ON EARTH that SE1 should be doing a "down round" on a substantial placement.
And, once again assuming you are correct, this is what will be announced, MM is responsible and should be made to pay.
On the flipside, if the placement is at 30c yet goes to the right hands and Shaws is the placing broker AND it's Tony 'the Burglar' Davis at Shaws behind the placing, then we may be in for fireworks in the not too distant future.
Either way, there is no way a "down round" should come to fruition.
