This CR was always going to happen as the Nanotron acquisition payment terms were staggered out over 12 months and cash was running low.

The previous CR in August was done at an 8.6% discount to the 10 day VWAP, I expect something similar.
34.6c is the 10 day VWAP this time....

Totally explains the lack of buying of late....
