If things don’t go favorably in the next 12 months for SE1,the director may never see that money again right? Only someone supremely confidentwould make the commitment to back the company to the tune of 1.4 million AUDwhen we are close to rock bottom (in respect to our cash balance and SP).
Why are people selling? We have a market cap of 25m AUD,enormous upside and directors think the future is so strong they only want a10% return to tie up 1.4m AUD. This management team are solid. Slowly butsurely getting things done with minimal fuss and looking after shareholders. Anyother company would have issued shares, diluting holders. Only a matter of timeIMO.

Well I'm certainly holding , though haven't been watching closely.
What is happening on the mems/ abiomed side of things ?
Pretty under the radar stock this one and sounds like director doesn't want a dilutive raise ....How many directors would risk losing 1.4m to get back 1.54....not many.. .its a buy for me.
I just have a policy to never buy on ' good news' days. . .I'm a stink bids kinda guy.
