XPE are a complete joke. So lets no mention them in the same breath as SE1.

You have to have the right people to build a company.
A company as SE1 (not CaashFlowPositive) has to be selective and timely with their employment choices.

This appointment was not rushed. IMO the CEO was arranged quiet a while ago so would not be surprised if the new CEO is very much across SE1 current and new business.
New CEO employed based on the fact the BOD/management can see revenue coming.

I would expect more employment as the business builds completing a very coherent layer of management and BOD.
