I think the police already have a system in place that's integrated with RMS to identify identify unregistered plates.
I think the market has failed to grasp the potential of this new app though, the ability to use the camera in a smart phone to do this type of analytics is truly cutting edge tech.
Might be heading back to 8c unless something material comes out soon, were is that goddam RMS contract?
