There are many instances of blatant disregard of the Cirporations Act on the ASX (not saying this is one such instance). The policing by ASIC is really quite a joke here.
Separately, if this was investigated and found to be a breach it would only impact EIG not SXY (so hypothetically, there would be no adverse impact to us shareholders).
I simply asked SXY when the intent to split the gas sale agreement was made available to EIG. Not sure why a response can not be provided, do you?
