Hardly a magic trick... they have the gas and the gas demand... business 101 I would have thought. Can’t snap ya fingers and have it up and running in a day unless you use.... magic. Flow rates may disappoint or may not, oil might go up or down. I’m not a trader so care only about what’s in the future not what’s happening tomorrow.
Still a makes for a solid investment case IMO
