If Davies believes that SXY is worth 0.70 a share he needs to explain this to gain confidence in this stock and also to help him secure finance going forward. At the moment SXY is trading at 0.35 a 50 % discount.
Also why a 3 way tussle for AWE and no interest in SXY? Even though they keep saying we are a takeover target.
