Fair enough. But I prefer to see results on the ground rather than fall back on whether someone has a great CV or not. As I mentioned, for a long time management has made promises. Yet to see much delivered. Davies became CEO in 2010. Well past time he pulled his finger out, stopped printing shares for himself and earned his salary.
