1) Move your shareholding into a UK company that now directly holds all of EPG's best assets and all future development focus, with no option to sell your holding short of a takeover or future cash-based share buy back.
2) Stick with what will likely become an impotent ASX listed entity, only a shadow of it's former self.
From the estimations in the document about number of shares remaining after the buy back, it seems they're pretty confident it won't be defeated.
