Have you received the documents to accept the buy-back offer? It says shareholders need to mail an original copy of the prospectus and a Personalised Acceptance Form. I haven't received anything and Computershare cannot locate myself nor my bank (probably because they used a broker).
Do you guys have a view on this ?
