This consolidation was highly predictable and so was the capitol raise.

I have always been a believer that SEG have tenements well worth exploring but completely lost faith in management a long time ago. I can live with people who try and fail but find it hard to stomach people who don't seem to be trying at all - and failing and paying themselves squillions. For any shareholders here that have a similar sentiment, there is something you can do, if you want.

A Hot-Copper member named Humphrey2017, on the OGX thread, has posted the legal requirements for shareholders who want to dispose of their company's management. Well worth a read for anyone here that's keen to stay with SEG but also believe it's time for a new director. Because there is already a meeting planned, for the capitol raise/consolidation, it might be possible to add another resolution to that meeting.

Anyway, just a suggestion to anyone who's interested.
