The superintendent is independent and has decided already on the matter... If Sedgman has an issue (not mental I hope) they need to take this to the court and try to explain politely to the judge why they don't accept their signature anymore.... The superintendent is not a toy and won't change his mind on the issue after a few days passed.. Sedgman must understand they cannot make it by bullying anymore.
