     A good front-foot response by HRR management against this persistent ambit claim by CIMIC.  Regrettably, this kind of last-minute pre-production crap is often pulled by some organisations to get a quick settlement pay-off.   HRR are having none of that.  Well done - keep your eyes on ore production and this side-show issue will fade away.
