Soul Pat is due $345 mil NOT $600 mil in Special Dividend but the "gist" of them wanting to receive this remains as a reason for it's being Paid.
Also steamairship research what NHC is considering using some of that Billion extra to get into.
Coal2Liquids is one possibility and realise that any so called Qld Gov't/Federal Ban on Shale Oil is ONLY around the Barrier Reef/Mackay district and not around the Surat/Back of Ipswich Qld area of New Hope Holdings.
CTL is of course the chief Obama interest in Developing.
One should also consider that NHC is a 18%ish Holder in Arrow/AOE.Arrow is touted as a possible TakeOver Target by Shell whatever.There's another Special Dividend possibility there 2011?.
