Hi SUMters.
Does anyone have a clue what this announcement means, and who it's for?
On something else - it's interesting that Nomura have taken a position in SUM. They're hardly a two bit outfit, and imo they wouldn't risk their reputation by chucking their client's cash at dodgy enterprises
